VPO is a free test version, open to people aged 18 or older, with up to 50 people inside at once. It can change, break or stop at any time, and data can be lost. Do not rely on it for anything important, and keep your own copies of your work.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We can suspend an account that harms the service or other people. You can delete your account at any time from My account.
Do not upload or share anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or that belongs to someone else without permission. Do not harass people, try to break the service, or use it to reach systems you are not allowed to reach. Do not scan another person's face or show their data without their permission.
People in VPO can see your name, your character and face texture, and photos you put in frames. They can hear your microphone in the same zone and see a screen you choose to show. Check what is on your screen before you share it.
Poker and Blackjack use play chips only. Chips have no value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged. There are no prizes.
You connect your own AI account and your own email, and you pay your AI provider directly. Agents can make mistakes. The Email Assistant only writes drafts and cannot send email: read every draft before you send it. You must have the right to process the emails, documents, client details and meeting text you give your agents, and the people in a meeting must know its text is being processed. Agent answers can be wrong, so check them before relying on them. Your use of your AI provider stays under that provider's terms. A receptionist answers visitors using your AI key, within daily limits.
The beta is provided as it is, without guarantees. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
